Trademark Policy

This policy describes how Examplit related businesses and individuals may and may not use its brand name, logo, and other company assets.

Examplit (examplit.com) owns and manages the Examplit (examplit.com) brand and logo trademarks. We created this trademark usage policy in order to:

  1. Make it easier for anyone to use the Examplit (examplit.com is a product of Turnix) name or logo for community-based initiatives that promote and enhance Examplit (examplit.com is a product of Turnix).

  2. Clarifies how Examplit-related businesses and initiatives may and may not use its name and logo.

  3. Make it difficult for anybody to exploit the Examplit (examplit.com is a product of Turnix) brand or logo to gain unfair advantage, deceive, or mislead individuals seeking legitimate Examplit (examplit.com is a product of Turnix)'s resources.



Examplit's trademark usage policy


To use the Examplit (examplit.com) name or logo as part of any project, product, service, domain name, or corporate name, you must obtain permission from Examplit (examplit.com).

And we will gladly offer permission to use the Examplit (examplit.com) brand and logo on projects that:

  • Promote the development and expansion of Examplit (examplit.com is a product of Turnix) software.

  • Are non-commercial, often known as not-for-profit.


However, Examplit (examplit.com) should not be used as part of a domain name. Only officially authorized Examplit (examplit.com) communities are permitted to use the term in their domain name or as part of their domain name.

For example, possessing and using a domain like "gridappdesign.com" and commercializing it for similar services will be a direct breach of our trademark policy.

All other businesses or initiatives associated with Examplit (examplit.com) may use the Examplit (examplit.com) brand and logo to refer to and describe their services, but not as part of a product, service, domain name, or corporate name. They may not use them in a manner that conveys Examplit (examplit.com) affiliation or support.

For example, a design company can describe its business as “123 Designs, offering Examplit resources for UI/UX designers” but can’t call its business “The Examplit Design Company.”

Similarly, a business related to Examplit videos can describe itself as “XYZ Tutorials, the world’s best Examplit videos,” but cannot call itself “The Examplit Video Portal.”

P.S. - BOTH THE EXAMPLES ARE SOMETHING THAT NO USER/READER SHOULD TRY AS "YOU", THE USER, WILL WILL BE IN VIOLATION OF OUR TERMS OF SERVICE - SELLING OR SHOWCASING OUR CONTENT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED UNTIL STATED OTHERWISE.

Similarly, you may use the Examplit (examplit.com) logo as part of a website that discusses your products or services, but you may not use it as part of your business or product logo or branding.

The abbreviation “GRID” is not covered by the Examplit (examplit.com) trademarks and you are free to use it in any way you see fit.
