Refund Policy

When refunds are granted

You may request a full or partial refund in the following cases:

1. If you encounter a recurring error that prevents you from properly using our website, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 30 working days.

   A refund will only be provided if you supply detailed information about the issue, such as screenshots of error messages, log files, detailed descriptions of your actions, file samples, and other requested evidence.

2. If you were mistakenly charged more than once.

When refunds are NOT granted

We reserve the right to decline refund requests in the following situations:

1. If you change your mind about purchasing the subscription after trying out the advanced version of Examplit.

   Note: Examplit does not require a mandatory subscription for basic use of its platform.

2. If the subscription was cancelled after the payment date for the next month.

   Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime before the next payment date. Payments are taken in advance for a month of advanced usage, with the payment day being the first day of the subscription month. Refunds will not be issued if you cancel after the payment date for the next month.

3. If your complaint is based on the absence of features that were never stated as being provided by Examplit.

4. If the platform does not function correctly due to force majeure circumstances, such as significant algorithm changes by external providers (e.g., Google) that are beyond our control or cannot be immediately adapted to.

   In such cases, you may contact your bank to initiate a chargeback. Once a refund or chargeback is processed, your access to Examplit will be terminated.
