Hailing from Belgium, I'm not a royal, but I *can* make a mean *stoofvlees* (thanks, Grandma!). I'm also a slightly-crazed student juggling Historic Preservation, Agriculture, and Entrepreneurship – basically, I want to save old buildings, grow delicious things, and then sell them to you (ethically, of course). My entrepreneurial journey started with a dog-walking empire at age 10 (bicycle acquisition was the motive), and has now evolved into candle-wizardry.
